Dance can build bridges, connecting worlds and people.

MuNo-Productions consists of 4 categories which are interdependent and mutually dependent…

MuNo-DanceStudio

In 2017, the MuNo DanceStudio opened in a 200 m² space and has since offered dance classes for children from age 4 up to adults. The dance styles offered include ballet, show dance, hip hop, and Tai Chi. The studio stands for the joy of dance, fitness, and relaxation, and has participants from Radebeul, Meißen, Dresden, and other cities. The studio regularly organizes performances and presentations at renowned events such as the Radebeul Wine Festival, the Elbhangfest Dresden, and for the Landesbühnen Sachsen (State Theatres of Saxony). Since last year, the studio has also hosted its own dance festival, "MuNo-DanceNow Radebeul," which was very successful and will take place again this year. Audiences of up to 800 are not uncommon at these events.

MuNo-Theater

MuNo has an impressive history in the field of choreography and dance.

They have worked for renowned theatres and opera houses such as the Landesbühnen Sachsen, the Burgfestspiele Meißen, the Felsenbühne Rathen and the Volkssorbische Theater Bautzen.

MuNo has previously worked as a choreographer and dancer on productions such as "Jedermann", "Mahagonny" and "Rotkäppchen", to name just a few.

But that's not all. MuNo has also participated in numerous events, such as at the Margon Arena or their own dance festival "MuNo-DanceNow Radebeul".

MuNo is planning further performances and shows in the future, which we can look forward to.

MuNo-Event

MuNo appeals to people without an artistic background and aims to inspire them with the art of dance. With spectacular choreography from all genres, we engage both young and old, incorporating the dancers of the MuNo DanceStudio with their own in-house choreography. • Galas of the Dresden Dance Days and Cologne Dance Festival 2015 and 2016

Chen has created many of her own choreographies, which have been performed at various festivals and have received both national and international recognition.

Today she has lived and worked in Germany for 20 years and wants to inspire people here with dance and art in all its facets.

Norbert Kegel

was born in Dresden in 1980 and discovered his passion for dancing at the age of six.

He initially learned the standard and Latin American dances at the Pentagon Dresden and successfully participated in numerous dance tournaments.

After the reunification of Germany in 1990, Norbert dedicated himself to hip hop, breakdancing, show dance and street dance, developing into a versatile dancer with extraordinary flexibility and expressiveness.

Besides dancing, he was also active in athletics and football, and was able to celebrate successes in both sports.

In 1994, Norbert received an invitation to the renowned Palucca School in Dresden due to his exceptional talent for dance. Although he started four years later than his fellow students, he successfully completed additional training in classical ballet to pursue his dream. In 2000, he graduated with top marks in ballet, modern dance, and improvisation, receiving a diploma in stage dance from the Palucca School of Dance. Norbert then accepted a position at the Landesbühnen Sachsen (State Theatres of Saxony) and danced for 13 years under the direction of Reiner Feistel, performing many well-known leading roles, such as Romeo in "Romeo and Juliet," Coppelius in the ballet "Coppelia," Puck in "A Midsummer Night's Dream," Prince Siegfried in "Swan Lake," and José in the ballet "Carmen."

He received several positive mentions in renowned newspapers and was twice awarded for the best individual performance in the annual review for dance by the Sächsische Zeitung.

In 2013, Norbert joined the Chemnitz Opera as a soloist and choreographic assistant, dancing successfully in roles such as the Prince in the ballet "Sleeping Beauty", the magician Merlin and the antagonist Mordred in the ballet "Arthus".

Meanwhile, he also led rehearsals for the ballet company of the Chemnitz Opera.

Since 1992, Norbert has pursued his hobby of computer technology and expanded his knowledge in electronic music production, image editing, and video editing. The MuNo-Productions website, featuring images and videos, is his own creation.

In addition, he works as a DJ with full sound and light equipment at various events, such as at Wackerbarth Castle in Radebeul or at the Hotel Elbflorenz Dresden.

Norbert Kegel has been active in Saxony for more than two decades as a passionate dancer, artist and performer.

His heart beats for dance and art, and he has consciously decided to stay here to move and touch people and to inspire the world in all its facets through dance and art.
